       a perfect Tenant or Tenants of the said Manors and premisses so as that
       one or more Recovery or Recoverys in the nature of a Common Recovery
       for Assurance of Lands wherein the said Frederick Lord Baltimore
       may be vouched shall and may be thereof had and suffered in such
       manner as therein mentioned for which purpose it is agreed that it shall
       be lawfull for the said Walter Dulany or his Heirs at or before the first
       Provincial or County Courts or other proper Courts to be held next ensuing
       the date thereof in the s.d Province in the respective Countys where the
       s.d Manors & premisses respectively lye or so soon after as may be to sue
       forth & prosecute against the s.d Bennett Allen and his heirs one or
       more Writ or Writs of Entry Sur Disseizin en le post out of the Court of
       Chancery or other proper Court in the said Province of and for all and
       singular the said Manor and premisses returnable before the Justices or
       Magistrates of the respective Provincial or County Courts or other proper
       Courts in the said Province and thereby to demand the said Manors and
       premisses against the said Bennett Allen who is thereupon to appear
       in Court and Vouch to Warranty the said Frederick Lord Baltimore
       who hath thereupon agreed to appear Gratis in his proper person in the
       said Court or Courts respectively or by his Attorney lawfull Authorized
       in that behalf & to enter into warranty and vouch over the Common Vouchee
       and therein to behave himself in all things so as that one or more perfect
       Common Recovery or Recoverys wherein the said Frederick Lord Baltimore
       shall be vouched shall and may be had and suffered of the said Manor and
       premisses according to the usual Course of the said Province in cases of
       Recoverys with double voucher to Enure to the use of him the s.d
       Frederick Lord Baltimore his Heirs and Assigns as by the s.d in part
       recited Indentures of Lease and Release relation being thereunto respectively
       had may appear  And Whereas the said Frederick Lord Baltimore is
       Resident in England and cannot Conveniently go over to the said Province
