       To all to whom these Presents shall come The Right Honourable Frederick
       Lord Baltimore Baron of Baltimore in the Kingdom of Ireland Lord Proprietary
       of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon in America  Sendeth Greeting whereas
       by Indentures of Lease and Release duly Executed under the hand and seal of the
       said Frederick Lord Baltimore the Lease bearing date the day next before the day of
       the date of these presents and made or mentioned to be made between the said
       Frederick Lord Baltimore of the one part and the Reverend Bennett Allen of the
       Province of Maryland aforesaid Clerk of the other part and the Release bearing even
       date herewith and made or mentioned to be made between the said Frederick Lord
       Baltimore of the first part the said Bennett Allen of the second part and the
       Honourable Walter Dulany of the said Province Esq.r of the third part; he the said
       Frederick Lord Baltimore for the Considerations therein mentioned and more particularly
       for the Docking Barring Destroying and Extinguishing all Estates Tail & all reversions
       and remainders thereupon Expectant or Depending & all other Estates whatsoever
       of & in a certain Manor Tract or District of Land called Ann Arundell Manor in
       the County of Ann Arundel in the said Province & of and in other the Manors or reserved
       Lands Tracts or Districts of Land Cultivated and uncultivated Tenements and
       Hereditaments therein particularly mentioned & described hath Granted Bargained
       sold Aliend Released and Confirmed the said Manor Tract or District of Land Called
       Ann Arundel Manor and all other the Manors or Reserved Lands Tracts or Districts
       of land Tenements and Hereditaments aforesaid and all profits Jurisdictions
       priviledges Franchises Immunitys and Appurtenances whatsoever thereunto
       belonging To hold unto and to the use of the said Bennett Allen his heirs and
       Assigns to the intent that the said Bennett Allen and his heirs may thereby become
