       Yearly and other Rents Issues and profits of all and singular the same Manors
       or Lands Hereditaments and Premisses herein mentioned to be hereby Granted and
       Released or Intended so to be with their and every of their Rights Members and
       Appurtenances and all the Estate Right title interest use trust property possession
       Claim and Demand whatsoever both at Law and in Equity of him the said Frederick
       Lord Baltimore of into or out of the said Manors or Lands Hereditaments and
       Premisses and every of them and every part and parcell thereof  To have and
       to hold the said Manor Tract or District of Land called Ann Arundell Manor
       and also all other the said Manors or reserved Lands Tracts or Districts of
       Land Tenements and Hereditaments and all and singular other the Premisses
       herein before mentioned to be hereby Granted and Released or intended so to be
       with their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances unto the said
       Bennett Allen his heirs and Assigns to the use of him the said Bennett Allen
       his heirs and Assigns for ever to the intent and purpose that by virtue of these
       presents he the said Bennett Allen and his heirs shall and may be and become
       perfect Tenant or Tenants of the said Manor Tract or District of Land Called Ann
       Arundell Manor and other the said Manors or reserved Lands Tracts or Districts of
       Land Tenements and Hereditaments and all and singular other the premisses herein
       before mentioned to be hereby Granted and released or intended so to be with their
       and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances so as that one or more Good
       and perfect Common Recovery or Recoverys in the nature of a Common Recovery
       for Assurance of Lands wherein the said Frederick Lord Baltimore may be vouched
       as aforesaid shall and may be thereof had suffered and perfected in such manner
       as is herein after mentioned to which end and purpose it is hereby declared and
       Agreed by and between the parties to these presents that it shall and may be  
       Lawfull to and for the said Walter Dulany or his heirs at the Costs and Charges
       of the said Frederick Lord Baltimore or his heirs at or before the first Provincial
       or County Court or other proper Courts to be held next ensuing the date of these
       presents in the said province in the respective countys where the said Manors
       Lands hereditaments and premisses do respectively Lye or so soon after as may be
       to bring sue forth and prosecute against the said Bennett Allen and his heirs one
