(272) or more writt or writts of Entry Sur Disseisen en le post &c out of the Court of Chancery or other proper Court of the said Province of and for all and singular the said Manor or Tract or District of Land Called Ann Arundel Manor and of and for all and singular other the said Manors or Reserved Lands Tracts or Districts of Land Tenements and Hereditaments and all other the premisses herein before mentioned to be hereby Granted and Released or intended so to be with their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances by such Apt and Convenient Names quantities qualities numbers of Acres Contents and other Descriptions therein to be Contained to Ascertain the same and which will Effectually Comprehend the same and in such manner and form as by Counsel Learned in the Law shall in that behalf be thought fit and Advised the which said writt or writts of Entry shall be made returnable before the Justices or Magistrates of the respective Provincial or County Courts or other proper Courts in the said Province and thereby the said Walter Dulany and his Heirs shall and may Demand against the said Bennett Allen the said Manor Tract or District of Land called Ann Arundel Manor and all and singular the said other Manors or reserved Lands Tracts or Districts of Lands Tenements and Hereditaments and all other the Premisses and the said Bennett Allen shall and will thereupon appear Gratis in the said Court or Courts respectively in his own proper person or by his Attorney thereunto Lawfully Authorized in that behalf and after appearance and Defence made shall vouch to warranty the said Frederick Lord Baltimore who shall thereupon appear Gratis in his proper person in the said Court or Courts respectively or by his Attorney Lawfully Authorized in that behalf and shall enter into warranty and vouch over the Common Vouchee who shall also appear Gratis in the said Court or Courts and enter into warranty and after Imparlance had shall make Default and depart in Contempt of the Court or Courts respectively and shall behave himself in all things therein and all and every other Acts and things shall be done performed and executed so as that one or more perfect Common Recovery or Recoverys wherein the said Frederick Lord Baltimore shall be vouched shall or may (be) |
