       and Estating the same and every of them and every part thereof in him the said
       Frederick Lord Baltimore his heirs and Assigns as of a good and Absolute Estate
       of Inheritance in Fee simple and for and in Consideration of the sum of
       ten shillings of good and lawfull Money of Great Britain to the said Frederick
       Lord Baltimore in hand paid by the said Bennett Allen at or before the
       Ensealing and Delivery of these presents (the Receipt whereof is hereby
       Acknowledged he the said Frederick Lord Baltimore hath Granted
       Bargained Sold Aliened Released and Confirmed and by these presents doth
       Grant Bargain sell Alien Release and Confirm unto the said Bennett
       Allen and in his Actual Possession now being by virtue of a Bargain and sale
       to him thereof made by the said Frederick Lord Baltimore for the consideration
       of five shillings by Indenture bearing date the day next before the day of the
       date of these presents for the Term of one Year Commencing from the day
       next before the day of the date of the same Indenture and by force and
       virtue of the statute for Transferring of uses into possession and to his heirs
       All that the said Manor or reserved Land Tract or District of Land called
       Ann Arundell Manor in the County of Ann Arundell and Province of
       Maryland aforesaid and all and singular other the Manors or reserved
       Lands Tracts or Districts of Land usually called described or known by
       the Denomination of Manors of him the said Frederick Lord baltimore
       situate lying and being in the said Province as well Cultivated as uncultivated
       and which are comprehended in or mentioned or intended to be
       comprehended in the said recited Commission and Instructions in whatsoever
       Counties the same or any of them be called known or Described with
       Descriptions the same or any of them be called known or Described with
       their and every of their Rights Members and Appurts and all Messuages
       Edifices Erections and Buildings whatsoever on the same premisses or
       any part thereof Erected and Built and all profits jurisdictions
       priviledges Franchises Immunitys Emoluments Tenements and
       hereditaments whatsoever to the same Manors or Lands belonging or in any
       wise appertaining or Accepted reputed taken or known as part parcell or
       member thereof and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders
