       Said Part Beginning at the end of three hundred pounds in the
       west north st line of the aforesaid tract of Land called Cranfords
       Adventure and runing with the said line west north west fifty
       Perches then south south west one hundred and sixty Perches thence
       east south east fifty Perches then with a streight line to the first beginning
       containing and laid out for fifty acres of Land by the name of
       Widows Purchase be the same more or Less with all the Improvements
       Advantages and Appurtenances to the said part
       of the tract of Land aforesaid belonging or in any wise appe^r^taining
       and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents
       Issues and Profits thereof and all the Estate right Title and Interest
       Use Trust Property Possession claim and demand whatsoever
       of him the said Richard Henderson of in and to the same To have
       and to hold the said part of the tract of land aforesaid with the
       appurtenances unto him the said Robert Dick his heirs and assigns
       To the only proper Use and Behoof of him the said Robert Dick his
       heirs and assigns and to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever
       And the said Richard Henderson doth Covenant and Agree
       to and with the said Robert Dick his heirs and Assigns that he
       the said Richard Henderson his heirs Executors and Administrators
       shall and will at all times hereafter (as far as the repayment of the
       aforesaid sum of Twenty Pounds Sterling) well and truly Warrant
       and Defend the said part of the tract of Land aforesaid unto the said
       Robert Dick his heirs and assigns against all and every Person and
       Persons Whatsoever In Witness whereof the said Richard Henderson
       hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year above written
       Sealed and Delivered
       in the presence of                                             R.d Henderson  (Seal)

          Ja.s Brice

             On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed Was thus Written Viz

       Received the 31.st day of October 1765 Twenty Pounds Sterling Money
       from Robert Dick being the consideration within mentioned
