       This Indenture Tripartite made the eighth day of April in the seventh
       year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of
       Great Brittain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth and in
       the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty Seven  Between the
       Right Honourable Frederick Lord Baltimore Baron of Baltimore in the
       Kingdom of Ireland Lord Proprietary of the Provinces of Maryland and
       Avalon in America of the First part the Reverend Bennett Allen of the
       Province of Maryland aforesaid Clerk of the second part and the Honourable
       Walter Dulany of the said Province Esquire of the Third part Whereas
       the said Frederick Lord Baltimore being under and by virtue of the
       Limitation contained in the settlement made on the Marriage of the
       Honourable Benedict Leonard Calvert his Grandfather the Eldest Son
       and Heir Apparent of the Right Honourable Charles Lord Baltimore
       his Great Grandfather with the Right Honourable Lady Charlotte Lee
       Eldest Daughter of the Right Honourable Edward Henry Earl of
       Litchfield bearing date on or about the thirtieth and thirty first days of
       December in the year of our Lord One thousand Six hundred and ninety
       Eight or under and by Virtue of the Limitations contained in the Subsequent
       marriage settlement of the Right Honourable Charles Lord Baltimore
       late Father of him the said Frederick Lord Baltimore with Mary
       Jansson Spinster the Youngest Daughter of Sir Theodore Janssen Baronet
       now Baroness Dowager of Baltimore bearing date the tenth and eleventh
       days of July in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and thirty
       as Issue Male of the Body of the said Benedict Leonard Calvert by the
       said Lady Charlotte Lee or as the first and only Son of the said Charles
       late Lord Baltimore by the said Mary Janssen Baroness Dowager of
       Baltimore Seized or Entituled to him and the heirs Male of his Body
       with Remainder to the Honourable Cæcilius Calvert his late Uncle Deceased
       and the heirs male of his Body of and in All that the province Lordship
