       Erections and Buildings whatsoever on the same Premisses or any part thereof Erected
       and Built and all Profits Jurisdictions Priviledges Franchises Immunitys Emoluments
       Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever to the same Manors or Lands belonging or in
       any wise Appertaining or Accepted Reputed taken or known as part parcell of Member
       thereof and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Yearly and
       other Rents Issues and Profits of all and singular the same Manors Lands Tenements
       Hereditaments and Premisses herein mentioned to be hereby Bargained and sold or
       Intended so to be with their and every of their Rights Members and Appurts To have
       and to hold the said Manor Tract or District of Land called Ann Arundell Manor
       and also all other the said Manors or Reserved Lands Tracts or Districts of Land
       Tenements and Hereditaments and all and singular other the premisses hereby Bargained
       and sold or intended so to be with their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances
       unto the said Bennett Allen his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the day
       next before the day of the date of these presents for and during and unto the full
       end and Term of one whole Year from thence next ensuing and fully to be compleat
       and ended  Yielding and paying therefore at the end of the said Term the
       Rent of one pepper Corn of the same shall be Lawfully Demanded to the intent and
       purpose that by force and virtue of these presents and of the Statute for Transferring
       of uses into Possession the said Bennett Allen may be in the Actual Possession of all
       and singular the said premisses and be thereby enabled to accept and take a grant and
       Release of all and singular the same Premisses to him and his Heirs to the only use
       and behoof of him the said bennett Allen his Heirs and Assigns forever and which
       Grant and Release is intended to be made and effected to him the said Bennett Allen
       and his Heirs by Indenture or Release intended to bear date the day next after the day
       of the date of these presents and to be made by and between the said Frederick Lord
       Baltimore of the first part the said Bennett Allen of the second part and the Honourable
       Walter Dulany of the Province of Maryland aforesaid Esquire of the third Part
       In Witness whereof the said parties to these presents have hereunto set their hands
       and Seals the day and Year first above written
       Sealed and Delivered by the within named                           F Baltimore      (seal)
       Frederick Lord Baltimore (being first duly stampt)
