       Territory Tract or District of Land called Maryland in America with all and
       every the Dependencies priviledges Royaltys Rights Members and Appurts thereunto
       belonging as the same were theretofore Granted to his Ancestor the Right Honourable
       Cecil Calvert Baron of Baltimore his Heirs and Assigns by his Majesty King Charles
       the First by his Letters Patent under the Great Seal of England bearing date at
       Westminster the twentieth day of June in the Eighth year of his Reign by Indentures
       of Lease and Release bearing date respectively the thirtieth and thirty first days
       of January in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty one the
       Release being Tripartite and made or mentioned to be made between the said Frederick Lord
       Baltimore of the first part the said Cæcilius Lord Calvert of the second part and the Honourable
       Thomas Bennett and William Sharpe Esquires of the third part the said Indentures
       of Lease and Release being Acknowledged and Enrolled in the High Court of Chancery
       of Great Britain and also Recorded in the said Province of Maryland they the said
       Frederick Lord Baltimore and Cæcilius Calvert for the Considerations therein mentioned
       and more Particularly for Docking Barring Destroying and Extinguishing all Estates
       Tail and all the Remainders and Reversions dependant or Expectant thereon and all other
       Estates whatsoever of and in the said Province Lordship Territory Tract or District of Land
       Called Maryland and all other the Lands and Heredits therein mentioned with their and
       every of their Rights Royalties Priviledges Members Jurisdictions and Appurts and for settling
       the same to the several uses therein mentioned did Grant Bargain sell Alien release
       and Confirm All that the Country Province Lordship Territory District or Tract of
       Land called Maryland in America and all Manors Lands Tenements and Heredits
       Powers Jurisdictions Prerogatives Royalties Priviledges Franchises Immunitys
       Rights Members and Appurts thereto belonging and all other the Manors Lands
       Tenements and Heredits which were Granted in and by the said Letters Patent bearing
       date the twentieth day of June in the Eighth Year of the Reign of King Charles the
       First To hold unto and to the severall uses ends Intents and Purposes therein
       particularly mentioned Expressed and declared of and concerning the same and to and
       for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever as by the said in part recited Indentures
       relation being thereunto respectively had may appear  And whereas the said Cæcilius
       Calvert hath since Departed this life without leaving my Issue Male of his Body living
