       then North twenty Degrees East one hundred twenty and one perches
       then with a streight Line to the first tree containing and laid
       out for one hundred and six acres more or Less together with all
       and singular the rights Members and Appurtenances thereunto
       belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion and
       Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents issues and profits
       thereof and of every part and parcell thereof To have and to hold
       the said Land with the Premisses and appurtenances hereby granted
       bargained and sold or meant mentioned or intended so to be and
       every part and parcell thereof unto the said Michal Owings her heirs
       and assigns forever To the only proper use and behoof of her the
       said Michal his heirs and assigns forever and to and for no other
       use intent or purpose whatsoever and the said Bezaleel Owings
       and Elijah Owings for themselves their heirs Executors and Administrators
       do covenant and grant to and with the said Michal her
       heirs and assigns That they the said Bezaleel and Elijah their
       heirs and assigns shall and will from time to time and at all times
       hereafter at and upon the reasonable request cost and charges in
       the Law of the said Michal her heirs and assigns make do execute
       and acknowledge all and every such act and acts thing and
       Things for the further better and more perfect assuring settling
       and conveying of all and singular the said Land and premisses hereby
       granted bargained and sold or mentioned so ^to^ be with their and
       every of their appurtenances unto the said Michal Owings her
       Heirs and Assigns as by the said Michal Owings her heirs Executors
       Administrators or Assigns or by her or their council learned in
       the Law shall be reasonably devised or advised and required

       interchangeably set their hands and affixed their seals the
