(249) said John Beale Bordley therefrom doth release Acquit and Discharge Hath bargained and sold aliened released and Confirmed and by these presents he the said John Ensor Junior Doth bargained and Sell alien release and confirm unto the said John Beale Bordley his heirs and Assigns All that the aforesaid Tract or parcell of Land called Barney's Inheritance Situate lying and being in Patapsco Neck in Baltimore County containing two hundred and ninety seven Acres more or less together with all Buildings Improvements Orchards ways waters Water Courses Commodities Easements and Advantages whatsoever to the said Tract of Land belonging or in any wise Appertaining And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and remainders Rents Issues and profits of the said Premisses and every part thereof And all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said John Ensor Junior of in to or out of the aforesaid Tract or parcell of Land and premisses with the Appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof And the said William Barney and Frances Holland his wife for and in Consideration of the Sum of Money in their said Indenture expressed to be by the said John Beale Bordley to them paid and for and in Consideration of the further Sum of five Shillings Sterling to them the said William Barney and Frances Holland his wife in hand paid by the said John Beale Bordley at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these presents of which said Sums of money they do hereby release and acquit the said John Beal Bordley Have released and Confirmed and hereby they the said William Barney and Frances Holland his wife Do release and confirm unto the said John Beale Bordley and his heirs All that the aforementioned Tract ^or parcell^ of Land called Barneys Inheritance Situate in Patapsco Neck in Baltimore County aforesaid and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the said Premisses and every part thereof And all the Estate Right Title Interest Equity of Redemption Property Claim and Demand of them the said William Barney and Frances Holland his wife or either of them of into or out of the aforesaid Tract or parcell of Land and premisses with the Appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof To have and To hold the aforesaid Tract or parcel of Land and all and Singular the premisses with the Appurtenances unto the Said John Beale Bordley his heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and Behoof of the said John Beale Bordley his heirs and assigns and to or for no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever And the said John Ensor Junior William Barney and Frances Holland his wife for themselves their heirs Executors and Administrators do by these presents Severally covenant and grant to and with the said John Beale Bordley his heirs and Assigns that they the said John Ensor Junior |
