(250) Junior William Barney and Frances Holland his wife or either of them have not before the Date and Delivery of these Presents granted bargained sold aliened or in any manner whatsoever conveyed the said Land and premisses hereby granted bargained and Sold released and Confirmed or intended so to be with the Appurtenances or any part thereof to any person or persons whatsoever save and except the said Indenture before mentioned or made done or committed or Suffered any Act Matter or Thing whatsoever whereby the said Land and premisses or any part thereof is Shall or may be any way charged burthened or incumbered in Title Charge Estate or otherwise howsoever And further that they the said John Ensor Junior William Barney and Frances Holland his wife ^shall^ and will from time to time and at all times hereafter upon the reasonable Request and at the Costs and Charges of the said John Beale Bordley his heirs or Assigns make do and execute or cause or procure to be made done and executed and all and every such further and other reasonable Act and Acts thing and Things Devise and Devises Conveyance and Conveyances in the Law whatsoever for the further better and more perfect granting conveying and Assuring of all and Singular the said premisses above mentioned with the Appurtenances unto the said John Beale Bordley his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use and Behoof of the said John Beale Bordley his heirs and Assigns for ever as by the said John Beale Bordley his heirs or Assigns or his or their Council learned in the law Shall be reasonably devised advised or required In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and seals the Day and Year first above written Signed Sealed and Delivered the John Ensor Jun.r (Seal) words Barney otherwise called Frances between the 2.d & 3.d line and the words "his W Barney S.r (seal) Heirs and Assigns" between the 30.th & 31.st line her of the first page first interlined In the Frances F Holland Barney (Seal) presence of Benjamin Rogers Will.m Aisquith mark J Beale Bordley (seal) On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed viz.t Received the Day and Year first within mentioned of and from the within named John Beale Bordley the Sum of four hundred and eighty six pounds Sixteen Shillings Cur.t Money being the Consideration to be by him paid to me Witness John Ensor Ju.r Benjamin Rogers Received |
