(248) part and John Beale Bordley of the same County Gentleman of the third part Whereas the said William Barney and Frances Holland his wife by their certain Indenture bearing Date on or about the twenty first Day of December in the year Seventeen hundred and fifty two did give grant bargain sell alien enfeoff and confirm unto the said John Ensor Junior in Fee simple All that Tract or parcel of Land called Barneys Inheritance for the Consideration in the said Indenture mentioned And whereas the said John Ensor Junior by his Defeazance bearing Date the twenty eighth Day of February in the year seventeen hundred and fifty nine did bind and Oblidge himself to reconvey the said Tract of Land upon the payment of the consideration mentioned in the before recited Indenture and the Interest thereon and all other just Demands And whereas the said John Beale Bordley hath bargained for and purchased of the said William Barney and Frances Holland his wife all their Estate and Equity of Redemption therein and the said William Barney and Frances Holland his wife thereupon by their certain Indenture for the Consideration therein expressed did Assign and make over all their Estate and Equity of Redemption therein to the said John Beale Bordley and his heirs of and in the said Land as by the said in part recited Indentures and Defeazance Referrance being thereto severally had may more fully and at large Appear And Whereas the said John Beale Bordley hath also paid and Satisfied to the aforesaid John Ensor junior the Sum of four hundred and eighty Six pounds seven Shillings Current Money and Interest thereon due in full of his Demand and Claim on the said first recited Indenture and the said John Ensor hath agreed to convey and make over all his Right Title and Estate in the said Land to the said John Beale Bordley and his heirs and the said William Barney and frances Holland his wife are willing and desirous to Confirm to Confirm to the said John Beale Bordley and his Heirs all the Estate and Right which was as aforesaid assigned and conveyed or intended so to be by their Indenture aforesaid and make to him and his heirs a full Compleat and Absolute Estate in Fee Simple of and in the said Land and Appurtenances Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said John Ensor Junior for and in Consideration of the Sum of four hundred and eighty six pounds Sixteen Shillings Current Money to him by the said John Beale Bordley in hand paid the Receit whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and the said |
