       forever  To have and to hold the said Dan Containing Eighty three Acres of Land
       and also William and Mary Increased Containing One hundred and Seventy four Acres of
       Land together with all and Singular the aff.d Tracts or Parcell of Lands before herein and
       hereby Granted or Intended to be hereby Granted Premisses with there Appertenances
       unto him the said Tho.s Beall his heirs Executors Adm.rs and Assigns and also the said Samuel
       Scott doth by these presents give unto the said Thom.s Beall a Sure and perfect and
       Indefeezable Estate of Inheritance in fee Simple to him the said Tho.s Beall his heirs and
       Assigns forever and the said Samuel Scott for himself his heirs Ex.rs and administrators
       doth hereby further Covenant Promise Grant Agree to and with the said Tho.s Beall his
       heirs and Assigns and with every of them that the said Samuel Scott and his heirs Executors
       and Assigns make do suffer and Execute or Cause and Procure to be made done Suffered
       and Executed Shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter at the Reasonable
