       and to and for none other use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said Stephen West for himself
       his heirs Executors and Administrators doth covenant grant and agree to and with the said
       Daniel Dulany his heirs and Assigns in manner and form following that is to say that he
       the said Daniel Dulany his heirs and Assigns and every of them shall or lawfully may
       from time to time and at all times hereafter peaceably and quietly have hold use occupy
       possess and enjoy all and Singular the premisses and every part and parcell thereof without
       any Lawful Suit Trouble Demand Eviction Incumbrance Ejection or interruption
       whatsoever for by reason Occasion or on Account of any Judgment or Judgments Execution
       Extent or Loan Office Bond heretofore rendered or passed or which Shall or may be hereafter had
       or obtained on any matter or cause which did exist on the eighteenth Day of September in the
       Year Seventeen hundred and Sixty five And also that in Case the said Land Shall be found
       to contain a Quantity less than that of two hundred and twenty nine Acres so as that the said
       Daniel Dulany his heirs and Assigns and every of them shall not be lawfully intitled in
       virtue of these Presents to hold possess and enjoy the said full Quantity of two hundred and
       twenty nine acres he the said Stephen West his heirs Executors or Administrators Shall and will
       return or refund to the said Daniel Dulany his heirs and Assigns a rateable Part of the aforesaid     
       Sum of two hundred and thirty pounds Sterling having Respect to the Degree or Amount of such
       Dificiency and also to the said Sum of two hundred and thirty pounds Sterling paid by the
       said Daniel Dulany in the manner above recited  And lastly that he the said Stephen West
       his heirs and Assigns Shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter upon the
       Request and at the Costs and Charges of the sid Daniel Dulany his heirs and Assigns make do
       acknowledge execute and Suffer or cause or procure to be made done acknowledged executed
       and Suffered all such further and other reasonable Acts and Assurances for the further better and
       more perfect assuring and conveying of the same Premisses and every part and parcell thereof unto
       the said Daniel Dulany his heirs and Assigns according to the true intent and meaning of the
       above recited  Agreement as by the said Daniel Dulany his heirs or Assigns Shall be reasonably
       devised advised or required so as such further Act or Assurance no further or other
       Covenant or Covenants than by the said recited Agreement was Stipulated promised or agreed
       do contain  In Witness whereof the said Stephen West hath hereunto Affixed his hand
       and Seal the Day and Year first above mentioned

       the 50.th and 51.st lines and to between the 57.th and 58.th Lines
       being first interlined) in the presence of  J Hepburn
