(232) and appertenances thereunto belonging or in any ways Appertaining To have and to hold the said Bargained land and Premises with its Appertainance and every part and Parcell thereof unto him the said Richard Stevenson Jun.r his heirs and Assigns for Ever and to their only proper use and behoof and the said Richard King Stevenson his heirs and Assigns and doth further covenant grant to and agree with the said Richard Stevenson Jun.r his heirs and Assigns as follows viz.t that the said Richard Stevenson Jun.r his heirs and assigns may have hold occupy and freely Enjoy the said Land and Premisses without any Lett or mollistation from any person or manner of Persons claiming any Right title or Interest to the said Land and Premisses by from or under him the said Richard King Stevenson his heirs or assigns for ever the quit Rents Due and to become due to the Lord Proprietary only Excepted In Witness whereof the said Richard King Stevenson hath hereunto Set his hand and Seal the Day and year above Written Signd Sealed and Delivered in his the Presents of us Richard King R Stevenson (seal) mark Will.m Aisquith, Edw.d Stevenson On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed viz.t On the 18.th Day of May 1767 Rec.d of Richard Stevenson Jun.r the Sum of twenty pounds current money being the consideration for the Within Land and Premisses p me his Witness Present Richard King R Stevenson Will.m Aisquith mark On the 18 Day of May 1767 Came before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices for Baltimore County the within mentioned Richard King Stevenson party to the within Deed and Acknowledged the Same to be his Act and Deed and the Land and Premisses thereby Bargained and Sold to be the Right Title and Estate of the within Named Richard Stevenson Jun.r his heirs and Assigns forever as witness our hands Will.m Aisquith NRuxton Gay June 4.th 1767 Received of M.r Richard Stevenson Junor the Sum of four Shillings and six pence sterling money for the use of Lord Baltimore being the Alienation fine on the within Land and by virtue of a commission from Edward Lloyd Esq.r his said Lordships Agent and receiver General 6 Sides J Brice Recorded the 4.th June 1767 + Mem.d the following [illegible] others agreeable to the time Received into the Office Should have [illegible] in folio 207 (being Omitted by the Clark) |
