(228) Hammond Jun.r his heirs Assigns forever the several following tracts or parcells of Land viz.t all that Tract of Land called Milldam containing Ten acres as also part of the tract of Land called Pumpherys Search containing fifty acres likewise part of the tract of Land called Pumpherys Venture containing Eighteen Acres and part of the tract of Land called the Milldam Supply containing forty five acres the Severall parcels of Land afs.d lying and Butting together on both sides of a Branch called long bridge Branch and on the South side of a Branch called Muddy Bridge Branch Beginning for the Courses and Bounds of the said Several tracts or parcels of Land in the fourth Course of the said Pumpherys Search and fifty two perches from the Beginning thereof and running across the said long Bridge Branch and up the afs.d Muddy Branch north fifty two degrees west forty four perches Still up and Bounding on the South side of the af.d Muddy Bridge Branch the Eight following courses viz.t north Eighty degrees west Sixteen perches north sixty Eight degrees west Twenty perches North Seventy three degrees west forty perches north sixty five degrees west thirty perches north Eighty one degrees west thirty perches South Seventy four degrees west twenty six perches South sixty degrees west twenty four perches North seventy degrees west fifteen perches until it Intersects the Sixth Course of the af.d Mildam Supply then with the said Course South twenty nine perches to the End of the said Course then South forty Eight degrees East Eighty perches South fifty five degrees East thirty five perches to the End of the Second Course of the af.d Mildam then with the lines of the Land called Pumpherys Search afs.d reverse of the courses thereof these Eight following courses viz.t South twelve degrees East twenty Eight Perches north seventy Seven degrees East fifty perches South sixty four degrees East fourteen perches north seventy six degrees East thirty perches south Eighty two degrees East fourteen perches north sixty degrees East twenty perches then by a Streight line to the first Beginning the afs.d several tracts or parcels of Land in the whole containing one hundred and twenty three Acres of Land more or less Together with all and Singular the Buildings Mills Mill Dams Orchards Appurtenances and Improvements & unto the said One hundred and twenty three acres afs.d or any part or parcell thereof in any wise belonging also all the Estate Right title Interest Property Possession Claim and Demand whatsoever which he the said Walter Pumphery hath or ought to have of in and to the afs.d one hundred and twenty three Acres of Land with the Appurtenances To have and to hold the same unto the said Charles Hammond Jun.r his heirs and assigns [illegible] proper use and Behoof and [illegible] whatsoever and he the said Walter Pumphery for himself and his heirs covenants that he the said Walter Pumphery is the true |
