(208) Thomas Snowden Samuel Snowden and John Snowden for and in Consideration of the sum of five Shillings Current Money to each of them in hand paid by the said Joseph Cowman and John Thomas the receipt whereof they thereby acknowledged did grant bargain sell alien enfeoffe and confirm unto the said Joseph Cowman and John Thomas all and singular the Lands Tenements Hereditaments and all Reversions Remainders Interests Rights properties and avantages real mixt and personal which they the said Thomas Snowden Samuel Snowden and John Snowden or either of them held enjoyed occupied possessed or were any ways entituled unto by and under the last will and Testament of the said Richard Snowden deceased with all and Singular the appurtenances thereto belonging (except as in the said Deed is excepted To have and to hold the aforesaid Lands Tenements hereditaments and the said Reversions Remainders Interests Rights properties and advantages with all and singular the appurtenances to them the said Joseph Cowman and John Thomas their heirs and Assigns to and for the Uses Intents and purposes in the said recited Deed declared (that is to say) that they the said Joseph Cowman and John Thomas their heirs ^or^ and Assigns should and would within five Days next after the Day of the Date of the said recited Deed at the reasonable request and charges of them the said Thomas Snowden Samuel Snowden and John Snowden or either of them by Deeds of Bargain and Sale or by such other good and Sufficient Deeds conveyances or assurances in the Law whatsoever as Should by the said Thomas Snowden Samuel Snowden and John Snowden or either of them or their or either of their council learned in the Law he devised advised or required well and sufficiently convey assure make over and acknowledge one undivided third part of the before mentioned Lands and Premisses unto the said Thomas Snowden his heirs and Assigns forever One other undivided third part of the said Lands and Premisses unto the said Samuel Snowden his heirs and assigns forever and one other third part of the aforesaid Lands and Premisses unto the said John Snowden his heirs and Assigns forever And the said Thomas Snowden Samuel Snowden and John Snowden by the said recited Deed of Bargain and Sale did declare that the Intent of the said recited Deed of Bargain and sale was to enable the said Joseph Cowman and John Thomas to reconvey the said Lands and Premisses unto them the said Thomas Snowden Samuel Snowden and John Snowden in manner therein before mentioned to sever the Jointenancy and to prevent and bar all Benefit of Survivorship to them the said Thomas Snowden Samuel Snowden and John Snowden or either of them of into or out of the said premisses or any part thereof as by the said recited Deed relation being thereunto had may more fully and at Large appear Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Joseph Cowman and John Thomas for and in consideration of the Premisses and of the Sum of five Shillings Current Money to them in hand paid by the said Thomas Snowden at and before the Sealing and Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof they do hereby severally acknowledged and of and from |
