       from every part thereof do hereby acquit exonerate and discharge the said Thomas Snowden
       by these Presents and also in Pursuance of the Trust reposed in Them and for the true and
       perfect fulfilling the Intent Purpose and Meaning of the aforerecited Deed of Bargain and
       sale and every Clause Article and thing therein contained Have granted bargained Sold aliened
       enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents Do grant bargain sell alien enfeoffe and confirm
       unto the said Thomas Snowden and his Heirs and Assigns for ever one undivided third part
       of all and Singular the Lands Tenements Hereditaments and all Reversions Remainders
       Interest Rights properties and advantages real mixt and personal with the appurtenances
       thereto belonging in the said Recited Deed of Bargain and Sale mentioned except as
       therein is excepted To have and to Hold the said ^one^ Undivided third part of all
       and Singular the Lands Tenements Hereditaments and all Reversions Remainders
       Interest Rights properties and advantages real mixt and personal with the
       Appurtenances thereto belonging in the said recited Deed of Bargain and Sale mentioned
       except as therein is excepted unto him the said Thomas Snowden his heirs and Assigns forever
       and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the
       parties to these Presents have hereunto set their Hands and Affixed their seals the Day
       and Year first within written

       On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed viz.t

       May the 21 1767  Received of the within mentioned Thomas Snowden the Sum of five
       Shillings Current Money being the consideration money within mentioned

       Elisha Harrison  John Weems                                             Jn.o Thomas

       On the twenty first Day of May Seventeen hundred and Sixty seven came Joseph Cowman
       and John Thomas before us the subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the peace
       for Ann Arundel County and severally acknowledged the within Indenture to be their Act
       and Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the
       within named Thomas Snowden his heirs and Assigns forever according to the true intent
       and meaning of the said Indenture and the Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided

          This Indenture made the twenty first Day of May in the Year of our Lord
       Seventeen hundred and Sixty Seven Between Joseph Cowman and John Thomas on
       the part and Samuel Snowden of Ann Arundel County Iron Master Son of Richard Snowden late
       of Ann Arundel County Iron Master dedeceased on the other part  Whereas by Deed
       of Bargain and Sale bearing Date the Day next before the Date of these presents made
       between the said Samuel Snowden party hereto Thomas Snowden of Ann Arundel County
       Iron Master and John Snowden of the Same County Iron Master Sons of Richard Snowden
