       Nineteen Acres and One Quarter of an Acre of Land more or less Together with all Edifices
       Buildings Guardians Orchards ways waters water courses Commodities priviledges Improvements
       Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same Tract or parcell
       of Land belonging or Appertaining And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder
       and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof or of any part thereof And also
       all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust property Claim and Demand whatsoever
       of them the said Thomas Pratt and Eleanor his wife of into or out of the aforesaid
       Tract or parcel of Land or any part thereof To have and to hold the said
       Tract or parcel of Land and all and singular the premisses with its Rights Members
       and Appurtenances to him the said John Orme his heirs and Assigns To the intent
       and purpose that the said John Orme may be and become perfect Tenant of the
       Freehold and Inheritance of the said premisses that a Common Recovery may be
       had and Suffered against him in such manner as is herein after mentioned
       And for that purpose it is hereby covenanted granted and agreed by and between
       And the said parties to these presents that before the end of the next Provincial
       Court one or more writ or writs of Entry sur Disseisin en le post at the Cost and
       Charges of him the said John Orme shall and may be brought and prosecuted
       against him the said John Orme in the name of him the said Ebenezer Edmonstone
       Orme as Plaintiff or Demandant therein of and for the aforesaid Tract or parcell
       of Land and Premisses with the appurtenances by such name or names Quantity
       Quality Number or Content of Acres or other Certainties and Discriptions as Shall be
       Apt and Convenient in that Behalf To which writ or writs the said John Orme Shall
       Appear Gratis in his proper person or by his attorney or attorney's lawfully Authorized
       and shall vouch to warrant the premisses the said Thomas Pratt and Eleanor his wife
       who shall likewise appear gratis in their proper persons or by their attorney or attorney's
       lawfully authorized and shall and will enter into the said warranty and vouch over to warrant
       the same premisses the common vouchee who shall thereupon appear and enter into the
       said warranty and After Imparlance make default and such further and other
       proceedings Shall be therein so that one or more good and perfect Common Recovery
       or Recoveries with Double Voucher for Assurance of Lands in such Case used and
       accustomed And it is hereby further covenanted concluded granted declared and fully
       agreed by and between all the said Parties to these presents that from and after the
       Suffering and perfecting the said Recovery or Recoverys as well these Presents and the
       Assurance hereby made as also the Common Recovery or Recovery's so as aforesaid or
       in any other manner to be had Suffered and perfected shall be and enure and Shall be
