       Ann being by us examined privately and apart from and out of the hearing
       of her said Husband declared she freely joined in the common Recovery within
       mentioned of the Lands and premisses within mentioned and that she did the same
       voluntarily and without being induced thereto by fears or threats of or ill usage by her
       said Husband or fear of his displeasure ^according^ to the Act of Assembly in such case made

       This Indenture Made the eighteenth Day of May in the Year of our Lord
       Seventeen hundred and Sixty Seven Between Thomas Pratt of Prince Georges County
       planter and Eleanor his wife (which said Eleanor is the Daughter of Robert Magruder
       late of Prince Georges deceased) on the one part and John Orme (Son of the Reverend
       John Orme late of the county aforesaid deceased) carpenter and joiner on the other part
       Whereas the aforesaid Robert Magruder in his lifetime was seised of a Tract of
       Land called the T lying in Prince Georges County aforesaid originally on the Second
       Day of August in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and thirteen granted unto a
       certain Samuel Magruder for one hundred and twenty six acres which said Tract or Parcell
       of land the said Robert Magruder by his Last will and Testament devised to the
       aforesaid Eleanor party hereto as by Reference to the said will will more fully appear
       And Whereas also the said Thomas Pratt since his Intermarriage with the aforesaid
       Eleanor obtained a Special warrant out of his Lordships land Office to resurvey the said
       Tract of Land called the T and to add the vacant Land thereto contiguous In Virtue
       whereof the said Thomas Pratt redused the whole into one entire Tract called the Luckey
       Distovery and obtained his Lordships Grant for the same as by Reference thereto now
       remaining on Record in his Lordships Land Office will more fully Appear  Now this
       Indenture ^witnesseth^ that the said Thomas Pratt and Eleanor his wife for and in consideration
       of the Sum of five Shillings Sterling Money to them in Hand paid by the said John
       Orme at and before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof is
       hereby Acknowledged Have granted bargained and Sold And by these Presents
       Do grant bargain and sell unto him the said John Orme his Executors administrators
       and Assigns All the aforesaid Tract or Parcell of Land called the Luckey Discovery
       lying and being in Prince Georges County aforesaid on the west side of the western
       Branch of Patuxent River Beginning at the end of the second line of a Tract of
       Land called the Free School Farm in the Possession of Ignatius Digges Esquire
       and running thence East two hundred and sixty one Perches then north north west
       nineteen perches then East thirty nine perches then north nine perches then
