       according to the usual form of common Recoveries with double voucher for
       Assurance of Lands in such case used and accustomed  Now this Indenture
       Witnesseth that for the setling and declaring the intent use and purpose of the
       said Recovery or Recoveries so to be suffered as aforesaid and for and in consideration
       of five Shillings Current Money by him the said John Marlow to the aforesaid Ralph
       Marlow and Ann his Wife in Hand paid the receipt whereof the said Ralph
       Marlow and Ann his wife do hereby acknowledge It is covenanted granted agreed
       and Declared by and between all the parties to these presents That the said Common
       Recovery or Recoveries so as aforesaid or in any other manner to be had and suffered
       and the Execution thereof from and immediately after the suffering the same or any
       other Recovery or Recoveries of the said mentioned premisses or any part thereof
       shall and is and are hereby intended to be and enure and shall be adjudged construed
       deemed and taken and is and are and was and were meant and intended and is
       and hereby are declared to be and enure and the Recoveror and Recoverors in the
       said Recovery or Recoveries named or to be named and he and they and his and
       their Heirs shall stand and be seised of the said tract or parcell of Land aforesaid
       and premisses with the appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof to and for the
       only proper use and Behoofe of him the said John Marlow his heirs and assigns forever
       and to or for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever  In Witness whereof the
       Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and affixed
       their seals the day and year first above written                           his

       John Marlow Ralph Marlow and Ann his wife and John Rogers before me the
       Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the provincial court and Severally Acknowledged
       the within instrument of writing to be their respective Act and Deed and the Land
       and premisses within mentioned with the appurtenances to be the only Right
       and Estate of the said John Marlow his heirs and assigns for ever according to
       the true intent and meaning of the same writing  At the same time the said
