(204) west one hundred and sixty Perches then North two hundred and six perches then west fifty Six perches then South one hundred and twenty one perches then South fifty Degrees and a half of a Degree west twenty six perches and a half of a perch then South Eighty seven Perches then west fifty six perches then by a Streight line to the first Beginning Containing one hundred and nineteen acres and a Quarter of an Acre of Land more or less Together with all Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards ways waters water courses Commodities Priviledges Improvements Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same Tract or parcell of Land belonging or Appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and profits thereof or of any part or parcell thereof To have and to Hold the said Tract or Parcell of Land and all and singular the Premisses with its Rights Members and Appurtenances unto the John Orme his Executors administrators and assigns from the Day next before the Day of the Date of these Presents for and during and until the full end and Term of one whole year from thence ensuing and fully to be compleat and ended To the intent and Purpose that (by Force and virtue of these presents and of the Statute for transferring uses into Possession) the said John Orme may be in the actual possession of the Premisses and be thereby enabled to take and accept a Grant and Release of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof to him and his heirs forever In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals the Day and year first above written Signed Sealed and Delivered Tho.s Pratt (seal) in the Presence of J Hepburn Eleanor Pratt (s) Ebenezer Ed.r Orme On the back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus written viz.t Received on the day and year first within written of and from the within named John Orme the Sum of five Shillings Sterling Money being the Consideration Money within Mentioned Tho.s Pratt Witness J Hepburn On the 18.th Day of May Seventeen hundred and Sixty Seven came the within named Thomas Pratt and Eleanor his wife before me one of his Lordships Justices of the provincial court and severally acknowledged the within Indenture to be their respective Act and Deed to and for the uses and purposes therein mentioned and according to the Act of Assembly in such case made and Provided And the |
