199 Presents Have granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed released and confirmed And by these Presents Do grant bargain sell alien enfeoffe release & confirm unto them the said Joseph Cowman and John Thomas their heirs and assigns all and Singular the Lands Tenements Hereditaments and all Reversions Remainders Interests Rights properties and advantages real mixt and personal with the appurtenances thereto belonging which the said Thomas Snowden Samuel Snowden and John Snowden or either of them hold possess occupy and enjoy or are any ways entituled unto by and under or in virtue of the Last will and Testament of the aforesaid Richard Snowden deceased (except as hereafter in the proviso is excepted) To have and to hold the aforesaid Lands Tenements Hereditaments and the said Reversions Remainders Interests Rights properties and advantages with all and singular the appurtenances to them the said Joseph Cowman and John Thomas their heirs and assigns to and for the uses Interests and Purposes following (that is to say) that they the said Joseph Cowman and John Thomas their heirs and assigns shall and will within five Days next after the day of the Date of these Presents at the reasonable Request Costs and Charges of them the said Thomas Snowden Samuel Snowden and John Snowden or either of them by Deeds of Bargain and sale or by such other good and sufficient Deeds Conveyances or Assurances in the Law whatsoever as Shall by the said Thomas Snowden Samuel Snowden and John Snowden or either of them or their or either of their Counsel learned in the Law be devised advised or required well and Sufficiently convey assure make over and acknowledge one undivided third part of the before mentioned Lands and premisses unto the said Thomas Snowden his heirs and Assigns forever one other undivided third part of the said Lands and Premisses unto the said Samuel Snowden his heirs and assigns forever and one other third part of the aforesaid lands and Premisses unto the said John Snowden his heirs and assigns forever and the said Thomas Snowden Samuel Snowden and John Snowden do hereby declare that this present Deed is made unto them the said Joseph Cowman and John Thomas their heirs and assigns as a Deed only in Trust and to enable the said Joseph Cowman and John Thomas to convey the said Lands and Premisses unto them the said Samuel Snowden Thomas Snowden and John Snowden in manner herein before mentioned to sever the Jointenancy and to prevent and bar all Benefit of Survivorship to them the said Thomas Snowden Samuel Snowden and John Snowden or either of them of in to or out of the said Premisses or any Par thereof Provided always and it is hereby agreed to be the true Intent and meaning of these presents and of the parties hereto that this Deed or any thing herein contained shall not extend or be deemed or construed to extend to convey or affect in any Manner the following Lands and Premisses or any part thereof but the same are hereby Declared by the said Thomas Snowden Samuel Snowden and John Snowden to be excepted out of these presents and to be remain and continue in the Same State and Condition any thing herein before contained to the contrary in any wise notwithstanding (that is to say) the northermost part of a Tract of Land |
