       Land called Williams Range to be divided by a Line drawn from the westermost
       part to the Eastermost part thereof so as to divide it into two equal parts And
       also two hundred Acres of Land part of a Tract of Land called Happy Choice and
       part of a Tract of Land called Joseph's Neglect and part of a Tract of Land called
       the Addition to Clarkes Grove which by the last will and Testament of the said
       Richard Snowden are devised to the said Thomas Snowden his heirs and Assigns
       forever and also except the following Lands and Premisses devised by the said last
       will and Testament of the aforesaid Richard Snowden to the aforesaid Samuel
       Snowden (that is to say) the southermost part of a Tract of Land called Williams
       Range and also part of a Tract of Land called Happy Choice and part of a
       Tract of Land called Clarkes Grove and part of the Addition to Clarks Grove and to
       include two hundred acres besides the said Samuel Half part of Williams Range
       and to be laid out in such manner as to include the meadow and cornfield of the
       said Samuel and also except the Reversion of four hundred acres of Land devised by
       the said last will and Testament of the said Richard Snowden to the said John
       Snowden after the Decease of his mother and by the said Last will and Testament
       directed to be laid out convenient to the Dwelling house of the said Testator Richard
       Snowden deceased in such manner as not in any wise to incommode the Iron
       Works of the said Testator and also except one Thousand Acres of Land part of a
       Tract of Land called Snowden's manor enlarged by the said last will and Testament
       directed to be laid out adjoining the Land of Samuel Rogers called the John and Joan
       and the Land sold Michael Bence and Benjamin Joseph Perry which likewise
       by the said last will and Testament of the aforesaid Richard Snowden is devised
       to the said John Snowden his heirs and assigns forever as by the said Last
       will and Testament Reference being thereunto had may more fully and at large
       appear  In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto set their
       hands and affixed their seals the day and year first above written

       On the back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed viz.t

       May the 20 1767  Received of Joseph Cowman and John Thomas the Sum of
       five Shillings current money being the consideration money within mentioned

       On the Twentyeth day of May seventeen hundred and Sixty Seven personally
       appeared the within named Thomas Snowden Samuel Snowden and John
       Snowden before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the peace for Ann
       Arundel County and severally acknowledged the within Indenture to be their
