       Peter Hubbert also a part of the Lot Number fifty two leased by the said Philpot
       to a Certain Jonathan Plowman an also part of the Lot Number fifty Leased
       by the said Philpot to a certain Andrew Gearing also part of the lot number
       fifty three leased by the said Philpot to a certain Henry Arendarf also part of
       the Lot Number fifty one leased by the said Philpot to a certain Martin Murphey
       and also part of a Lot Number fifty four leased by the said Philpot to a certain
       John Shrank Together with all and Singular the Houses Outhouses Edifices
       Buildings Gardens ways Waters Water Courses Commodities Priviledges and
       Appurtenances whatsoever to the same several Lots and Parcels of Land belonging
       or appurtaining and the reversion and Reversions remainder and
       remainders rents Issues and Profits of them and each of them and also all
       the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Profit Property Claim and demand
       whatsoever of him the said Brian Philpot of in to and out of the same Several
       Lotts and Parcells of Land and each and every of them and of into and
       out of every part and parcell of them and each and every of them and
       Premisses with the Appurtenances To have and to hold the same several
       Lots and Parcells of Land and each and every of them and Premises with
       the Appurtenances and the reversion and Reversions remainder and remainders
       Rents Issues and Profits of them and each and every of them to him the said
       Thomas Philpot his heirs and assigns forever  Provided always and it is
       the true intent and meaning of these Presents that if the said Brian
       Philpot his heirs Executors or Administrators do and shall well and truly
       pay or cause to be paid to him the said Thomas Philpot his heirs Executors
       Administrators or Assigns the aforesaid sum of Four hundred and Eighty
       Six pounds eight Shillings and six pence with legal Interest thereon at or
       upon the sixth day of October next ensuing the date hereof then these Presents
       and every Clause therein to be void and ^of^ none Effect And the said Brian
       Philpot Doth hereby for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators Covenant
       Grant Promise and agree to and with the said Thomas Philpot his heirs
       Executors and Administrators shall and will well and truly pay or cause to be
       paid to him the said Thomas Philpot his heirs Executors Administrators
       or Assigns the said sum of Four hundred and eighty six pounds eight
       Shillings and six pence with legal Interest thereon at or upon the sixth
       day of October next ensuing the date hereof  In Witness whereof the said
