       said Thomas Philpot in the sum of four hundred and Eighty six
       pounds eight shillings and six pence Sterling Money Now this
       Indenture Witnesseth that the said Brian Philpot in order to
       secure the Payment of the said Sum of Four hundred and Eighty six
       pounds eight Shillings and six pence with Interest thereon to the said
       Thomas Philpot paid at and before the sealing and Delivery hereof
       the receipt whereof the said Brian Philpot doth hereby acknowledge Hath
       given granted Bargained Sold aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed
       and by these Presents Doth give grant Bargain Sell alien release
       enfeoffe and confirm unto him the said Thomas Philpot his heirs and
       Assigns all that Lott of Land lying and being in Baltimore County
       aforesaid on the East Side of Jones's Falls and near to Baltimore Town
       being part of a Tract of Land called Coles Harbour or Todds Range which
       Lot is know or distinguished on a Platt as a further Addition to Baltimore Town
       by the Number one hundred and eighty nine Leased by the said Philpot to a
       certain Thomas Day also all that Lott lying and being in Baltimore County aforesaid
       on the East side of Jones's Fall and near to Baltimore Town being part
       of a Tract of Land called Coles Harbour or Todd's Range which Lot is known
       and distinguish'd on a Platt as a further addition to Baltimore Town
       by the Numbers one hundred and Eighty seven and one hundred and
       eighty eight Leased by the said Philpot to a certain James Ventre's also
       all that Lot of Land lying in Baltimore Town Baltimore County aforesaid
       in an Addition made to the said Town by the said Brian Philpot known
       and distinguished in the Plat of said Addition by the Number one hundred
       and Ninety one and is part of a Tract of Land called Coles Harbour or
       Todds Range Leased by the said Philpot to a certain William Currea
       also all the following Lots Leased by the said Philpot to the following Persons
       being in the first addition to Baltimore Town in Baltimore County
       on the East side of Jones's Falls known or distinguished on the Platt of
       the said Town by part of the Lot Number fifty Leased by the said Philpot
       to William Levly also part of the Lot Number fifty four leased by the said
       Philpot to a certain John Christopher Bear also part of the Lot Number
       fifty three leased by the said Philpot to a certain Peter Hubbert also part
       of the Lot Number fifty two Leased by the said Philpot to the said
