(178) being Part of a Greator Tract of Land called Flagg Bottom lying and being in Prince Georges County in the Province aforesaid Between the Paint and Piney Branches and Beginning at thirty four perches on the Sixth Line of the said Tract of Land called Flaggs Bottom and Runing thence South Sixty five degrees East One hundred and seventy one perches then south six degrees and a half West seventy Eight perches then south Twenty six degrees West forty one perches then North sixty five degrees West One Hundred and fifty two perches then South Eighteen Degrees and a half West One Hundred and Sixty eight perches then North sixty five degrees West Thirty five perches then North Eight degrees East one Hundred and seventy three perches containing and laid out for Two Hundred Acres of Land more or less Together with all Trees and Timber Trees houses Orchards Gardens Fences and Appurtenances Whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise Appertaining unto him the said Nicholas Macubbin his heirs and Assigns For ever To have and to hold the said Two hundred acres of Land as aforesaid with all and Singular the Appurtenances thereunto belonging unto him the said Nicholas Maccubbin his heirs and Assigns and to the only use of him the said Nicholas Maccubbin his heirs and Assigns For Ever and the said Samuel Taylor for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators Doth Covenant Promise and Agree to and with him the said Nicholas Maccubbin his heirs and Assigns that the said Samuel Taylor his heirs Executors and Administrators and every of them Shall and will at any time hereafter when thereunto required but at the Cost and Charges in the Law of the said Nicholas Maccubbin his heirs and Assigns to make acknowledge suffer and Execute any Deed or Instrument of Writing as the said Nicholas Maccubbin his heirs and Assigns or his or their Council Learned in the Law shall Reasonably Devise Advise or require for the further and Better assurance surety or sure making of the said Lands and Premises unto him the said Nicholas Maccubbin his heirs and Assigns For Ever and that he the said Nicholas Maccubbin his heirs and Assigns shall and may at all times hereafter have hold use Occupy Possess and enjoy the said Land and Premisses without the let suit Trouble or Disturbance of him the said Samuel Taylor or of any other Person or persons Whatsoever and Lastly that he the said Samuel Taylor his heirs Executors and Administrators and Every of them shall and will For Ever Warrant and Defend the said Land and Premisses with all and singular the Appurtenances thereunto Belonging unto him the said Nicholas Maccubbin his heirs and Assigns For Ever against all manner of person or persons Whatsoever |
