(174) degrees east forty ^four^ perches then North seventy two degrees East twenty two perches then North twenty five degrees west twenty six perches then north seventy five degrees east One hundred and forty perches then south fifteen degrees East Sixty two perches and thence with a streight line to the beginning containing and laid out for Sixty acres of Land more or less granted by his Lordships Lease to Andrew Gibson bearing date the fifteenth day of September in the year Seventeen hundred forty nine And also one other parcel of Land being part of his said Lordships Mannor af.d Beginning at a Spanish oak the corner of James Glasscows land and Runing from thence south fifty two degrees west sixty perches then North twenty nine degrees west thirty two perches then North thirty three degrees west forty perches then North thirty degrees West seventy four perches then North Seventy Seven degrees West Ninety two perches thence to the beginning containing and laid out for sixty one acres of Land more or less being part of his Lordships Mannor af.d granted by his Lordships Lease to a certain Thomas Bramon bearing date the seventh day of December in the year seventeen hundred and forty seven together with all ^Houses^ buildings orchards Gardens ways advantages and profits whatsoever to the af.d two parcells of Land belonging and all the Estate Right title interest and claim whatsoever of him the said William Rooke and his heirs of in and to the same and each of them To have and to hold and singular the af.d two granted parcels of Land with their Appurtenances unto the said Francis Harris his heirs and Assigns for and during the Natural lives of Andrew Gibson Elizabeth Gibson and Andrew Gibson Junior Mary Bramon the persons lives Mentioned in the af.d Leases from his Lordship and for and during the Natural live of the longest liver of them to the only proper use of the said Francis Harris his heirs and Assigns during the lives af.d And the said William Rooke doth hereby Covenant and agree to and with the said Francis Harris his heirs and Assigns that he the said William Rooke now hath good right full power and lawfull authority to grant bargain and sell the af.d two parcels of Land and each of them with their Appurtenances unto the said Francis Harris his heirs and Assigns in Manner af.d Provided always and it is the true intent and meaning of these presents that if the said William Rooke his heirs Exors admors or Assigns Shall well and truly Pay unto the af.d Francis Harris his heirs Exors admors or Assigns the full and just Sum of One hundred Fifty Seven pounds Eighteen Shillings and Six pence Pensilvania Currency with Lawfull Interest from the first |
