(168) suffered and executed all and every such further and other Lawfull Act and Acts Deed and Deeds Assurance and Assurances and Conveyances and other Matters which by the said Richard Henderson his heirs or assigns or his or their Council Learned in the law shall be reasonably devised advised or required for the further and better assuring unto the said Richard Henderson his heirs and assigns a Good Sure and Indefeasible Estate of Inheritance in Fee Simple to and in the said part of the Tract of Land aforesaid with the Appurtenances and Access to water as aforesaid In Witness whereof the said Walter Evans hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year first above written Sealed and Delivered in the Walter Evans (seal) Presence of us Jos.a Beall, Chris.r Lowndes On The Back of the aforegoing Deed was Thus written Viz.t Received the twenty seventh day of December Seventeen hundred and Sixty Six from Richard Henderson the Sum of Three hundred and fifteen pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain being the Consideration mentioned in the within Deed witness my hand Walter Evans Test Jos.a Beall, Chris.r Lowndes Prince Georges County fs.t Be it remembered that on the Twenty Seventh day of December Seventeen hundred and Sixty Six years Personally appeared before us two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Prince Georges County aforesaid Walter Evans Party to the within Instrument of writing and Acknowledged the same to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named Richard Henderson his heirs and assigns for Ever according to the Intent and meaning of the within Deed and the Acts of Assembly for such cases made and provided Acknowledged before us Jos.a Beall, Chris.r Lowndes 1767 January 12.th Received of Richard Henderson the Sum of twelve shillings and Seven Pence half penny sterling for the use of Lord Baltimore being the Alienation Fine on the within land and by Virtue of a Commission from Edward Loyd Esq.r his said Lordships Agent and Receiver General J Brice 14½ sides Recorded 13.th January 1767 |
