       This Indenture made the Nineteenth day of January in the year of our
       Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty seven Between Michael Bear of
       York County in the province of Pennsylvania of the one part and Michael Couts
       of Baltimore County in the province of Maryland of the other part witnesseth
       that the said Michael Bear for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and
       Ten pound Pennsylvania Money to him in hand paid the Receipt whereof he doth
       hereby Acknowledge and himself to be therewith fully satisfied Contented and
       paid Hath Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these
       presents Doth Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto him the
       said Michael Couts his Heirs and Assigns for ever All that part of a Tract of
       Land lying and being in Baltimore County aforesaid Called Whisphaw which
       is contained within the following Meets and bounds Courses and Distances
       Viz.t Begining at the Begining of said Tract of Land as mentioned and
       Expressed in the Certificate and Patent thereof and Runing thence South
       thirty five degrees west Sixty perches South fifty seven degrees west one
       hundred and two perches South Eighty Degrees west forty perches South thirty
       three degrees west twenty perches south twenty perches south Seventy five
       Degrees East thirty Six perches South twenty two degrees East thirty perches
       south forty Degrees west thirty Seven perches then South Eighty nine degrees
       East Eighty six perches untill it intersects the North fifteen Degrees East
       forty perches course of the whole Tract twenty one perches from the
       begining of said Course then North fifteen Degrees East nineteen perches
       North Twenty five degrees East Ninety four perches North sixty five degrees
       East Sixty Seven perches and then with a streight line to the begining containing
       one hundred and twenty acres More or less Together with all Rights
       Profits Benefits Priviledges and Advantages Premises and Appurtenances
       to the said Bargained parcel of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining
       To have and To hold the said Bargained parcel of Land with the premisses
       and Appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof unto the said Michael
       Couts his heirs and Assigns for ever and to his and their only proper use and
       behoof And the said Michael Bear for himself and his Heirs doth hereby
       Covenant and Grant Promise and agree to and with the said Michael Couts
       his heirs and Assigns that he the said Michael Bear and his heirs shall
       and will warrant and Defend the said Bargained parcel of Land and
       premisses with the appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof unto
       the said Michael Couts his heirs and assigns for ever against all and all manner
