(150) Cromwell's Enlargement then by and with the said Course East North East one hundred and Ninety Six perches to the End of the said Course still with the said Land North East by East thirty Three perches to intersect the west North west Course of a Tract of Land Called Duck Cove then by and with the said Course reverse thereof East South East forty three perches to the Given line of the Land Called Cromwells Adventure and End of the first Course of the Land Called Cromwells Purchase then by and with the said Cromwells Purchase and Given line of Cromwells Adventure South South East two Hundred and Ninety perches then with a streight line to the first Bounded Locust Post Containing and now laid for Five Hundred and Twenty three Acres of Land more or Less as by the Pattent thereof Recorded in the Land Records Lib.r B. C. and G. S. Number two folio three Hundred and forty four may fully appear Together with all and Singular the Buildings Orchards Appurtenances and Improvements &c of Every kind unto the said Tract or parcel of Land as aforesaid or any part or parcel thereof in any wise belonging Also all the Estate Right Title Interest Property Possession Claim and Demand whatsoever which he the said William Cromwell aforesaid hath or ought to have of in and to the aforesaid Five hundred and twenty three Acres of land with the Appurtenances ^as^ aforesaid To have and to hold the said Tract or parcel of Land with the Quantity or Number of Acres as aforesaid unto him the said Charles Hammond Jun.r his heirs and Assigns forever to and for his and there sole proper use and Behoof and for none other use whatsoever And the said William Cromwell aforesaid for himself and his heirs &c doth hereby Covenant Grant and agree to and with the said Charles Hammond Junior and his heirs That he the said William Cromwell aforesaid in the True and Lawful Owner and heir at Law of William Cromwell to the Premisses with the Appurtenances aforesaid and Standeth Seized of and Absolute Estate of Inheritance in Fee Simple in the same and hath a Good Right and Authority to sell and Dispose of the same in manner and form as aforesaid and furthermore he the said William Cromwell aforesaid and his heirs &c the aforesaid Five hundred and Twenty three Acres of Land with its appurtenances and Improvements of Every kind thereon as aforesaid and hereby Bargained and Sold as aforesaid unto the said Charles Hammond Junior and his heirs from and against him the said William Cromwell and his heirs and from and against all manner of persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and for ever hereafter defend by these presents And that he (will) |
