       from the Day next before the Day of the Date thereof and by force of the
       Statute for Transferring uses into possession) his heirs and Assigns All that
       Part of a Tract of Land Called Carter Bennett containing by Estimation
       four hundred and Fifty Acres and those Tracts of Land adjoining thereto called
       the Oblong and part of a Tract of Land called Hunts Mount situate lying
       and being in Ann Arundel County aforesaid And Also all that Tract of Land
       called Poppingay Containing by Estimation five hundred and fifty Acres
       situate lying and being in Calvert County And Also an undivided Moiety or
       half part of the Tract of Land which was surveyed for the Father of the said
       Philemon Lloyd Chew for five Thousand Acres formerly lying in Prince Georges
       County but now in Frederick County called Chews Farm (which said several
       Tracts of Land and undivided Moiety were devised in fee Simple to the
       said Philemon Lloyd Chew by the last will and Testament of the Father
       of the said Philemon Lloyd Chew) together with all Messuages Edifices
       Buildings Gardens Orchards ways waters water Courses Commodities
       Privileges Improvements Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances
       whatsoever to the said several Tracts or Parcels of Land and undivided Moiety
       or either of them belonging or in any wise appertaining and the Reversion and
       Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profitts thereof
       and of every part and parcel thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest use
       Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Philemon
       Lloyd Chew of in or to the said Premisses or any part thereof To have and
       to hold the said several Tracts or Parcels of Land and undivided Moiety
       and all and singular the Premisses to him the said Samuel Chew his heirs
       and Assigns to and for the only proper use and Behoof of him the said
       Samuel Chew his heirs and Assigns for Ever and to or for no other use Intent
       or Purpose whatsoever Provided Nevertheless that in Case the said Samuel
       Lloyd Chew or his heirs or Assigns of the Tract of Land Called Lloyds
       Insula or any part thereof or of the Tract of Land Called the Purchase or
       any part thereof or of any part of the Land contained within the Island
       aforesaid in Wye River commonly Called Lloyds Insula or shall obtain
       sue out or order maintain or prosecute any Ejectments writ or Precept
       or Process whatsoever in Law or Equity against the said Philemon LLoyd Chew
       his heirs or Assigns for or concerning the said Island and the Lands therein
       Contained or any part thereof that then and from thence forth all the Estate Right
