(148) Title and Interest which the said Philemon Lloyd Chew shall have hereby conveyed to the said Samuel Chew his heirs and Assigns and all Deeds and Writings so conveying the same shall cease and Determine and become utterly void and forfeit and the Lands and Appurtenances and every Thing hereby or thereby Conveyed or meant so to be shall revert to the said Philemon Lloyd Chew his Heirs and Assigns who shall thenceforth be seised of the same as of his former Estate any Thing in this or the said Deeds Conveyances to the Contrary notwithstanding And the said Philemon Lloyd Chew doth hereby for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said Samuel Chew his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns that he the said Philemon Lloyd Chew his heirs and Assigns and all and every Person and Persons claiming or to Claim any Estate Right Title or Interest of in or to the said Premisses or any part thereof by from or under him or Them shall and will at any Time hereafter make do execute and suffer at the proper Cost and Charge of him the said Samuel Chew his heirs and Assigns all such further and other Assurance and Conveyance of the Premisses unto him the said Samuel Chew his heirs and Assigns as by the said Samuel Chew his heirs and Assigns or his or their Council learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised or advised and required In Witness whereof the said Parties have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and Seals the Day and year first above written Signed Sealed and Delivered Phile.n Lloyd Chew (seal) in presence of Jn.o Leeds, W.m Paca Sam.l Chew (seal) On the Back of the aforegoing Release was Thus written Viz.t 25.th October 1766 Then received of the within named Samuel Chew the Sum of five Shillings Sterling Money being the Consideration £0 5 0 Money to be by him paid to me Phile.n Lloyd Chew Witness Jn.o Leeds, W.m Paca 25 October 1766 Then came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within named Philemon Lloyd Chew and Acknowledged the within Instrument of writing to be his Act and Deed for the uses therein mentioned and that the within mentioned Lands Messuages Tenements Hereditaments and other the Premisses were the (Right) |
