       and during and unto the full End and Term of one whole Year from
       thence next Ensuing and fully to be Compleat and ended to the Intent
       and Purpose that by force and Virtue of These Presents and of the Statute
       for Transferring uses into Possession the said Samuel Chew may be in the
       Actual Possession of the Premisses and ^be^ Thereby enabled to take and accept
       a Grant and Release of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof to him & his
       Heirs for ever  In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto
       set Their hands and seals the day and year above written

       named Samuel Chew being the within Mentioned Consideration Money

       This Indenture made the Twenty fith day of October in the year
       of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Six Between Philemon
       Lloyd Chew of Queen Anns County Gentleman of the one part and
       Samuel Chew of Ann Arundel County Gentleman of the other part
       Witnesseth That the said Philemon Lloyd Chew for and in Consideration
       of the Sum of Five Shillings Sterling Money to him in hand paid by the
       said Samuel Chew at or before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents
       the Receipt whereof the said Philemon Lloyd Chew doth hereby Acknowledge
       and thereof and Therefrom and from every part and Parcell thereof doth hereby
       Acquit and Discharge the said Samuel Chew his Executors and Administrators
       and for the Carrying into Execution and fullfilling the last will of Henrietta
       Maria Dulany the Mother of the said Philemon Lloyd Chew and Samuel Chew
       hath Granted remised released and Confirmed and by these Presents doth
       Grant remise release and confirm unto him the said Samuel Chew (in his
       Actual Possession now being by Virtue of an Indenture of Bargain and
       Sale thereof to him made by the said Philemon Lloyd Chew bearing Date the
       day next before the Day of the Date of these presents for one whole year commencing
