(141) in Queen Ann's County and containing seventeen hundred and ninety five Acres together with all and Singular Messuages Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses commodities Preveledges Improvements Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Tract or Parcell of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of all and Singular the said premisses and every part and parcell thereof with Their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances To have and to hold the said Tract or parcell of Land and all and Singular other the premisses herein before menioned or intended to be hereby bargained or sold with their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances unto the Same William Paca his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the day next before the Day of the Date of these presents for and during the Term of one whole Year from thence next Ensuing and fully to be Compleat and ended Yielding and paying therefore unto the Same Samuel Chew and Philemon Lloyd Chew Their heirs and Assigns the Rent of one peper Corn only on the last Day of the said Term if the same shall be demanded To the intent and purpose that by virtue of these Presents and of the statute for Transferring uses into possession the said William Paca may be in the Actual possession of all and singular the said hereby bargained premisses with the Appurtenances and may be thereby enabled to accept and take a Grant or Release of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof to him and his heirs in such manner and for such uses Intents and purposes as the same samuel Chew and Philemon Lloyd Chew doth intend to grant or Release the same by Indenture intended to bear date the day next after the day of the Date of These presents In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and seals the day and year first above written Sam.l Chew (seal) Sealed and Delivered Phile.n Lloyd Chew (seal) Elisha Harrison, Elie Vallette William Paca (seal) On The Back of the aforegoing Lease was thus Written Viz.t Received on the day and year first within written of the within St.g named William Paca Five Shillings Sterling Money of Great £0 5 0 Britain being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him paid us Sam.l Chew Witness Phile.n Lloyd Chew sides Elie Vallette Recorded 24.th October 1766 |
