       This Indenture Tripartite made the Twenty Sixth day of September
       in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Six  Between
       Samuel Chew of Ann Arundel County in the Province of Maryland Gentleman
       and Philemon Lloyd Chew of Queen Anns County in the said province
       Gentleman of the first part William Paca of the City of Annapolis Attorney
       at Law of the Second part and John Hall of the same place Attorney at
       Law of the Third part Witnesseth that for the docking and barring of all
       Estates Tail of and in the Lands and Tenements and all other the Hereditaments
       herein after mentioned with the appurtenances and all and every
       the Remainder and Remainders Reversion and Reversions thereupon dependant
       or expectant and for Settling the said Land Tenements and other the
       Hereditaments with their Appurtenances to for and upon the uses Intents
       and purposes herein after particularly expressed and Declared and for and
       in Consideration of Five shillings of lawfull Money of Great Britain to
       the said Samuel Chew and Philemon Lloyd Chew in hand paid by the said
       William Paca at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents
       the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and for the carrying into Execution
       and fulfilling the last will of Henrietta Maria Dulany they the same
       Samuel and Philemon Lloyd Chew have bargined Sold and released and
       by these presents do bargain sell and release unto the said William Paca (in
       his Actual possession now being by Virtue of a Bargain and Sale thereof
       to him made by the Same Samuel Chew and Philemon Lloyd Chew by
       Indenture Dated the day next before the day of the date of these presents
       for one year from the Day next before the date of the same Indenture in consideration
       of Five shillings of lawfull Money of Great Britain paid by the said
       William Paca to the same Samuel Chew and Philemon Lloyd Chew and by
       force of the statute for Transferring Uses into possession) and to his heirs all that
       Tract or parcell of Land called lloyds Insula scituate lying and being in
       Queen Anns County and containing seventeen hundred and Ninety five Acres
       Together with all and Singular Messuages Edeficies Buildings Gardens Orchards
       ways waters water Courses Commodities Priviledges Improvements
       Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Tract
       or parcell of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining and the Reversion and
       Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and profits of all and
       Singular the same premisses and every part and parcell thereof with
       their and every of their Appurtenances and also all the Estate Right Title
