Running thence east seventy one perches South Eighty Nine perches East six perches south thirty six Degrees East Thirty six perches south Eighty two Degrees East one hundred and Eighty perches south Sixty Degrees west one hundred and sixty four perches North thirty Degrees West forty six perches North sixty Degrees East thirty four perches North Seventy two Degrees west Eighty four perches or till it intersect a south Line Drawn from the begining then a Long the said Line to the begining containing one hundred and twenty acres Land with the Right Members and appertanances thereof and also all the Right Title Claim or Demand of the said Edward and William Digges Jun.r of in and to all and singular the premisses above mentioned with the appertenances unto the said Casper Reneker his heirs and assigns to his and there own proper use and behoof forever and the said Edward and William Digges Jun.r for them selves there Heirs and assigns Doth Covenant and Grant to and with the said Casper Renekar his Heirs and assigns that the the said Casper Rinikar his heirs and assigns shall and may at all Times hereafter peaceably have hold occupy possess and enjoy all and singular the said Land and premises above mentioned with the appertanances without the Let suit Trouble Interruption or Denial of them the said Edward and William Digges Jun.r or their assigns or other person or persons claiming by from or under them him or any of them and Freed and Discharged of all Former and other Gifts Grants Bargains sail or any other matter or things whatsoever had made or suffered to alter or change the property thereof the Rents and services which now are or shall hereafter become due and payable to the Chief Lord of the Fee of whom the premisses are holden only excepted and fore prised In Witness Whereof the said Edward and William Digges Jun.r hath hereunto set there hands and seal the Day and year above written Signed sealed and Delivered in the presence of Edw.d Digges (seale) Henry Ward Sam.l Owings Jun.r W.m Digges Jun.r (Seal) On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus written viz.t Maryland fs.t Oct.r 31.st 1765 Came Edward Digges & William Digges Jun.r parties to the within Deed before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and Acknowledged the Lands & premis.s within mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named Casper Renekar his heirs and assigns forever Jn.o Brice (Received) |
