                                        On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written viz.t

       31.st October 1765  Then received of Benedict Calvert Esquire the sum of Eighty
       Pounds fifteen shillings current money being the Consideration Money                     £   S
       for the within undivided moiety                                                                              80  15

          31.st October 1765  Then came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships
       Justices of the Provincial Court the within mentioned John Breshears &
       acknowledged the undivided Moiety within bargained & sold to be the
       Right and Property of Benedict Calvert Esquire & his heirs
                                                                                        Jn.o Brice

          Received the 31.st October 1765 of Benedict Calvert Esq Three Shillings
       and eight pence farthing sterling for the use of Lord Baltimore
       being the Alienation Fine on the within Land and by virtue of a commission
       from Edward Lloyd Esq his said Lordships Agent and receiver Generall

Examined
          This Indenture Made the Thirty first day of October in the year of
       our Lord one Thousand seven hundred sixty and Five  Between Edward Digges
       of Saint Marys County and William Digges Jun.r of Prince Georges County
       And in the Province of Maryland Gentlemen of the one part and Casper
       Rinckar of Baltimore County and Province of Maryland of the other part
       Witnesseth the said Edward Digges and William Digges Jun.r for and
       in consideration of the sum of ninety pounds to him in hand paid by
       the said Casper Rinckar before the Insealing and Delivery of these
       presents Wherewith the said Edward and William Digges Jun.r Doth
       acknowledge themselves to be fully content Hath Given Granted Bargained
       sold and confirmed and by these presents Doth give grant Bargain sell
       and confirm unto the said Casper Renikar all that parcell of Land
       being part of a Tract of Land called Digges Choice and begining at
       a white oak Tree being the former bounded Tree of Casper Perkins and
