       Degrees West Thirty one perches until it intersects the west North west Line
       of a Tract called Martinson then with the said Line west North west one
       hundred and Thirty two perches then south west one hundred and six perches
       to a Creek called Sparrows Branch then south fifty Degrees East seventy
       perches then south sixty seven Degrees East twenty four perches then North
       East One hundred and forty perches then South East forty four perches then
       North East twelve perches to the aforesaid West North West Line of Martinson
       then East South East One hundred and eight perches thence by a Direct Line
       to the first bounded Tree containing One hundred Acres of Land both Situate
       lying and being in Baltimore County aforesaid together with all Edifices
       Buildings Gardens Orchards ways waters water Courses Commodities previledges
       and Improvements Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances
       whatsoever tot eh said several parcels of Land belonging or in any wise
       Appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainder
       and Remainders Rents Issues and profits of the said premisses and all the
       Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust property Claim and Demand whatsoever
       of them the said William Roles and Christopher Roles or either of them or in or
       to the said premisses with the Appurtenances To have and to hold the
       said several parcels of Land with Their Rights Members and Appurtenances
       unto The said Thomas Jones his heirs and assigns for Ever To the Intent and
       purpose That the said Thomas Jones may be and become Tenant of the Freehold
       and Inheritance of the said premises That a common Recovery may be had and
       suffered against him in such Manner as is herein after mentioned and for that
       purpose it is hereby Covenanted and Agreed by and Between all the said parties
       to these Presents That before The End of the next April Provincial Court one or
       more writ or writs of Entry Sur Disseisin en le post shall be brought and
       Prosecuted at the proper Costs and Charges of the said William Roles and
       Christopher Roles in the Name of him the said Robert Alexander as Plaintiff
       or Demandant therein against the said Thomas Jones as Tenant or Defendant
       of and for the aforesaid Tracts or parcels of Land and premisses with the appurtenances
       by Such Name of Names Quantity or Quality Number or Content
       of Acres or Other Certainties and Discriptions as Shall be Apt and Convenient
       in that Behalf to which writ or writs the said Thomas Jones Shall appear
       Gratis in his proper person and shall vouch to warrant the premisses
       the said William Roles and Christopher Roles who shall likewise appear in their
       proper persons or by their attorney lawfully authorized and Shall vouch
