(119) and Seventy Pounds Currency to them in hand paid by the said Thomas Jones at or before the sealing and Delivery of These presents the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for the docking barring and extinguishing all Estates Tail and all Revertions and Remainders thereupon expectant or depending of and in the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments herein after mentioned Have and each of them hath (by and with the Advice and Consent of the said Robert Alexander testified by his being a party to and his Sealing and executing these presents Granted bargained Sold Aliened released and confirmed and by these presents do and each of them doth Grant bargain sell release and Confirm unto the said Thomas Jones (in his actual possession now being by virtue of a Bargain and sale to him thereof made by the said William and Christopher Roles for the Consideration of five Shillings Sterling Money by Indenture bearing Date the Day next before the day of the Date of these presents for one whole Year commencing from the Day next before the Day of the Date of thereof and by force of the Statute for Transferring uses into possession) his Heirs and assigns All that the said William Roles and Christopher Roles Their Part of a Tract of land called Johnson beginning for the same at a bounded Locust Post standing in the given Line of the said Land it being one hundred Eighty two perches from the Beginning Tree of said Land and running thence South seventy eight Degrees East twenty perches then North Seventy Degrees East ninety six perches then North Eighty six Degrees East fifty four perches to the Head Line of said Land then with the same North west seventy two perches till it intersects a Tract of Land called Martinson then with the said Land West North West twenty three perches till it intersects the Given Line of said Johnson then with the Same to the Beginning containing and now laid out for forty Acres of Land And Also All That the said William Roles and Christopher Roles their part of a Tract of Land called Tripple Union beginning at a Bounded red oak standing on a point of Back River and running from the said red oak North Seventy five Degrees East Ten perches to Back River then with the said River North fifty Seven Degrees West Twenty four perches then west Twenty perches then North seventy Six Degrees west Eighteen perches Then North fifty one Degrees west Twenty four perches then North Twenty six Degrees west twenty four perches to a point at the Mouth of a small Creek of the said Back River then with the said Creek South forty two Degrees west forty perches then North seventy Degrees west twenty two perches to a Locust post then South sixty five (Degrees) |
