(121) To warrant the common vouchee and such further proceedings shall be therein had so that one or more good and perfect common Recovery or Recoveries with double voucher shall or may be had perfected and executed in all Things according to the usual forms of common Recoveries with double vouchee for Assurance of Lands in such cases used and accustomed And it is hereby declared and agreed by and between all the said Parties to these presents That from and after the suffering and perfecting the said Recovery or Recoveries as well as these presents and the assurance hereby made as also the common Recovery and Recoveries so as aforesaid or in any other manner to be Suffered and perfected shall be and enure and shall be adjudged construed deemed and Taken and are and were meant and intended and are hereby declared to be and enure to the Recoveror or Recoverors in the said Recovery or Recoveries named or to be named and he and they and his and their Heirs shall stand and be seized of the Tracts or parcels of Land and premises aforesaid to and for the only ^proper^ Use and Behoof of the said Thomas Jones his heirs and Assigns for ever And to or for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and Seals the Day and Year first above written his William X Rolles (seal) mark Signed Sealed & Delivered Christopher Rolles (seal) in The presence of Thomas Jones (seal) Benjamin Rogers, Mark Alexander Rob.t Alexander (seal) On The Back of the aforegoing Release was Thus Written Viz.t Recd 16.th April 1766 of Thomas Jones one hundred and seventy pounds it being the consideration within mentioned his William X Rolles Mark Witness Benjamin Rogers Christopher Rolles 16.th Day of April 1766 Then Came before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Baltimore County William Roles and Christopher Roles and Acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing as their Act and Deed and the Lands and premisses therein mentioned to be the Right Title and Estate of the said Thomas Jones party thereto his heirs and assigns forever Benjamin Rogers, Will.m Aisquith sides Recorded 2.d August 1766 Ex.d This Indenture made the Sixteenth Day of July in the Year of our Lord God seventeen hundred and sixty six Between John Richards of Frederick County in the Province of Maryland Taylor of the one part and John Hepburn of (Prince) |
