(115) therewith confess himself fully intent and satisfied and for other Good and valuable considerations him hereunto moving he the said John hath Granted bargained and sold conveyed and Confirmed and doth hereby for himself and his Heirs grant bargain and Sell convey and Confirm unto said Charles Hammond his heirs and assigns for Ever the following Tract or Parcel of Land called Mill Farm lying in the County afs.d and begining for the Bounds thereof at a bounded white oak and spanish oak they being the Beginning Trees of a certain Parcel of Land Called Harbourn and runing thence south Twenty Three Degrees west sixty two perches North thirty three Degrees East one hundred and Twenty four perches East sixty seven perches South South East Ninety Eight perches south south west sixty Eight perches south East by East forty Eight perches south south west fifty perches south sixty two degrees East one hundred and Eleven perches North North west Thirty two perches south Twenty three degrees west Eight Eight Perches North Eighty five Degrees East forty Eight perches then with a Straight Line to the first Begining Containing and now laid out for one Hundred and two Acres of Land more or Less According to Patent thereof bearing Date the fifteenth day of February Dom seventeen hundred and Sixty five and Recorded in the Land Records of the Land office in Lib BC & GS N.o 26 fol 201 Together with all and Singular the Premisses and Appurtenances unto the Same belonging as also the following part of a Parcel of Land called Hannover lying at the Elk ridge Landing according to the Metes and Bounds of same below expressed, That is to say Begining for the Bounds and Courses of same at a Post Standing at the End of Two hundred and Eight feet Eight Inches and one half Inch on the North Thirty five Degrees West Course of part of said Tract called Hannover formerly Expressed in a Reserve thereout to a certain D.r Charles Carrol, and runing thence south fifty five Degrees west two hundred and Eight feet Eight Inches and one half Inch to another Post thence North Thirty five Degrees west Eighty six feet three inches and one half inch to another post thence south fifty five Degrees west one hundred and forty Eight feet Eight inches to another Post thence south Thirty five Degrees East Two hundred and Ninety three feet to another post thence south fifty five Degrees west twelve hundred and fifty four feet North Thirty five Degrees west Five hundred and Eighty Six feet North fifty five Degrees East fourteen Hundred and two feet Eight inches thence North Thirty five Degrees west forty feet one inch and a half inch to another post thence North fifty five Degrees East (Two) |
