(116) Two hundred and Eight feet, Eight inches and one half inch to another post Thence with a straight Line to the Begining Containing and laid out for Nineteen Acres, and one half Acre of Land together with the appurtenances &c unto same belonging To Have and To hold Each and both of the aforesaid Parcels of Land with their and Every of their Appurtenances agreeably with the Bounds and Courses of sam above Expressed unto said Charles Hammond his Heirs and Assigns for Ever free and clear of all any and Every Claim or Demand of same hereafter to be made or had by said John Hammond and his heirs or any other person whatsoever deriving any Right Title or Estate by from or under him or them or Either of them And the said John Hammond and his heirs Each and both of the Premises aforesaid with the Appurtenances from and against him and them in manner and form as aforesaid unto said Charles and his Heirs shall and will for ever hereafter warrant and defend by these presents and shall and will make and Execute any other further and better assurance of Same at Law Containing Like Covenants and warranty as shall or may at the proper Cost and Charge of said Charles Hammond or his Heirs be reasonably required In witness whereof the said John hath hereunto set his Hand & seal the day and year first above written Signed Sealed and Delivered Jn.o Hammond (seal) in the Presence of us Rich.d Shipley Jn.o Chaplen On The Back of the aforegoing Deed was Thus written viz.t Recd this fourth day of June Dom 1766 of Charles Hammond the party within named the Consideration Money therein Expressed to be paid being five shillings currency by me Jn.o Hammond Test Rich.d Shipley Jn.o Chaplen June 28.th 1766 Then Came before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of Ann Arundel County Court John Hammond Party to the within Deed and Acknowledged the same to be his Act and Deed and the Two Several Parcels of Land with their Appurtenances within Named to be the right and Estate of the within named Charles Hammond his heirs and assigns for Ever According to the True Intent and Meaning of the within Deed and of the Act of Assembly in Such Case made and provided 9 sides Before John Burgess Jun.r Recorded 26.th July 1766 H Ridgely |
