        degrees West Ninety four Perches then south Ten degrees
        West Two hundred and seventy Perches then by a streight
        line to the beginning containing and now laid out for
        five hundred Nineteen and an half Acres More or Less
        Together with all Buildings Improvements profits
        Commodities appurtenances and Advantages there
        unto belonging and appertaining    To have and to
