        the said Land and Running thence south seventy four

        with the out liens of said Land Then south Eighty four

        perches Then south thirty five degrees West two hundred
        and fifty five perches Then south seventy degrees East
        two hundred and seventy Perches to the End of the fifty fifth
        line of the said Land called King Cole then with the out lines
        of the said land North fifteen east one hundred and Thirty
        perches then south seventy five east eighty two perches

        perches Then south seventy Three Degrees West Fifty one
        perches Then south Eighty Nine Degrees West sixty nine
        perches then North twenty three degrees West thirty two
        Perches then North sixty seven Degrees East Fifty Eight perches
        to the end of the sixty second line of the aforesaid land then
        by a streight line to the beginning containing Four
        hundred Ninety seven ^and & half^ Acres of Land more or less as also
        one other Tract or parcel of Land lying in the aforesaid county
        being part of a Tract of Land called The Forrest beginning
        at the end of one hundred and Forty seven perches on
