        Two hundred and fifty four Pounds five shillings sterling it
        being the Consideration within Mentioned

        On the Twelfth day of July 1762  Came before us the
        subscribers Two of his Lordships Justices for the county
        within Mentioned the Within Named Henry Wright Crabb
        party to the Within Deed and acknowledged the same to be
        his Act and Deed according to the act of Assembly in
        that case lately made and provided

                At the same Time came the Wife of the aforesaid
        Henry Wright Crabb and being privately Examined
        by us did also acknowledge her Right of Dower to
        said Land to be the Right of the said Richard Snowden
        and declared that she made the said Acknowledgment
        wittingly & Truly and without being induced
        thereto by fear or threats of her Husbands or Fear
