Mitchell for herself her Heirs Ex.^rs and Am.^rs the said
        Tract or Parcell of Land & Premisses & every part thereof
        against her the said Mary Mitchell her heirs & Ex.^rs & against
        all other Person or Persons whatsoever claiming by from
        or under her or them and against all former Gifts, Grants
        Arrearages of Rents & from all incumbrances whatsoever
        the Rents hereafter becomeing due to the Lord Proprietary
        only Excepted) to the said Coll.^o Samuell Beall his Heirs
        & Assigns shall & will Warrant & for ever Defend from
        all Persons claiming from her or under them
        In Witness whereof the Party first above mentioned

        before me one of his Lordships Justices of the provincial
        Court & Acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing
        to be her Act & Deed & the Land & premisses therein mentioned
        to be the Right of the within mentioned Coll.^o Samuel Beall
        his Heirs & Assigns for ever

        July 27.^th 1762    Received of Coll.^o Samuel Beall Five pence
        three farthings sterling for the use of the Lord Baltimore
        being the Alienation fine on the within Land by
