the Receipt whereof the said Mary Mitchell doth hereby
        acknowledge & herself therewith fully satisfied content & pay
        the said Mary Mitchell hath granted bargained & sold & by
        these presents doth grant bargain & sell alien and enfeoffe
        make over and convey unto the said Coll.^o Samuell Beall
        his Heirs & Assigns all That Tract or Parcell of Land
        lying in Prince Georges County & Province aforesaid & being
        a Part of a Tract of Land called the Widows Mite and
        Beginning at a small Bounded sicamore standing
        by & on the North side of Rock Creek & running
        thence North Twenty five degrees East Fourteen perches
        then South Fifty four Degrees East Eighteen perches
        then South Two Degrees East Forty perches, then North
        Eighty three Degrees West sixty four Perches, then North
        One Degree West Ten perches then with a Straight Line
        to the beginning being laid out for Eleven Acres of Land
        & sixty seven perches more or less, Together with all &
        singular the Woods, Underwoods, Timber & Timber Trees
        Houses, Orchards, Gardens Rights, Rents, Profits
        Advantages & Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Parcell
        of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining & all the
        Estate, Right, Title, Claim & Demand of the said Mary
        Mitchell in & to the aforesaid Parcell of Land, To have
        & To hold the said Tract or Parcell of Land & all
        & singular the above mentioned premisses to the above
        Mentioned Coll.^o Samuell Beall, his Heirs & Assigns to
        the only proper Use & Behoof of the said Coll.^o Samuell
        Beall his Heirs & Assigns for ever    And the said Mary
