       Philemon Cromwell paid      Hath granted bargain'd
       Sold, Aliened, Released & Confirmed  And by these presents
       doth grant Bargain, Sell, alien, Release & Confirm with
       them the said William Cromwell, Ruth Gill, Dinah Wells
       Hannah Cromwell, Patience Cromwell & Philemon Cromwell
       all the Estate, Right Title Interest Property Claim or
       Demand (as well in Equity as in Law) of him the said
       Joseph Cromwell of in and to the same Recited tract of
       Land called Huckleberry Island containing one Hundred
       & Thirty five acres   Together with all & singular the Premisses
       and Appurtenances thereunto belonging or any wise appertaining
       To have and to Hold all the Right, Title, Interest
       Property, Claim or Demand (as well in Equity as in Law)
       of him the said Joseph Cromwell of in and to the aforesaid
       tract of Land with the Premisses and Appurtenances unto
       them the aforesaid William Cromwell, Ruth Gill Dinah
       Wells, Hannah Cromwell, Patience Cromwell & Philemon
       Cromwell their Heirs & Assigns for ever & to their only
       proper use, & behoof   And the said Joseph Cromwell for
       himself and his Heirs doth hereby covenant, grant, promise
       & agree that he will Warrant & defend all his Right Title Interest
       Property Claim or Demand of in or to the aforesaid tract of
       Land with the premises and appurtenances to be the right
       Title & Estate of them the said William Cromwell, Ruth
       Gill, Dinah Wells, Hannah Cromwell, Patience Cromwell
       & Philemon Cromwell, their Heirs and Assigns forever
       In Witness whereof the said Joseph Cromwell hath Hereunto
       set his hand and affixed his seal the Day & Year first above Written
